Refund policy

Course Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy

Blink & Brow Co. Academy runs small, hands-on classes with a strict student-to-educator ratio. When you book a seat, we hold it for you and turn other students away, and your professional kit is prepared for your class date. For that reason, our refund policy is as follows.

Deposits and tuition are non-refundable

All deposits and tuition payments (including "Pay in Full" purchases and instalment plans) are non-refundable. This applies to all in-person certification courses, including Classic, Volume & Hybrid, Classic & Volume Intensive, and Lash Lift & Tint.

Transfers to another class date

If you can't attend the date you booked, you may transfer your payment once to another scheduled date of the same course, subject to availability, provided we receive your request in writing at least 7 days before your class start date. Email academy@blinkandbrow.com to request a transfer.

Transfer requests received less than 7 days before class, and no-shows, forfeit the full deposit or payment.
Transferred seats must be used on a class date within 12 months of your original booking.
If the course price has increased by the time of your new date, the difference is payable before class.

Instalment plans

If you chose to split your payment into instalments at checkout, the remaining instalments are still due according to your payment schedule, regardless of attendance or transfer.

If we cancel or reschedule

In the rare event that Blink & Brow Co. Academy cancels a class (for example, due to educator illness or insufficient enrolment), you may choose either a full refund of everything you've paid or a transfer to the next available date at no charge.

Kits

Your professional lash kit is included in your tuition and is provided in class. Kits are not sold separately and are not returnable once issued.
