About the Academy

Meet Dawn Walsh

Dawn Walsh is the founder and lead educator of Blink & Brow Co. Academy in Langley, BC. With over 16 years in the lash and brow industry, she has trained more than 1,500 students who now run their own studios across North America.

Dawn worked with an optometrist and physician through the Beauty Council's Beauty Safe Level 2 program to help establish Canada's lash extension safety guidelines, and her training standards are built directly from that work. She continues to run a working, insured, two-location studio alongside the Academy, which means every technique taught in her classes is one she and her team use with real clients every day.

Whether you're starting your first certification or adding a new specialty to your kit, Dawn's classes are hands-on, small-group, and built around the standards that keep both students and their future clients safe.
