I walked in nervous and walked out certified. Dawn breaks everything down so it actually clicks.

Learn From the Standard-Setter
For over 16 years, Dawn Walsh has built one of BC's most trusted lash studios — and worked with an optometrist and physician through the Beauty Council's Beauty Safe Level 2 program to help establish Canada's lash extension safety guidelines. When you train at Blink & Brow Co. Academy, you're learning from the source: a working Master Educator whose classroom is a real, thriving studio, not a rented conference room.
New Licensing Laws Are Coming — Get Certified Ahead of Them
Licensing laws are changing across North America — get ahead of them. States like Maryland (House Bill 1223) are introducing dedicated lash technician licensing, and more are expected to follow. In Canada, we already train to the national safety standard — Dawn worked with an optometrist and physician through the Beauty Council's Beauty Safe Level 2 program to help establish Canada's lash extension safety guidelines. Wherever you practice, our certification prepares you to meet the highest bar in the industry, not just the minimum the law requires.
